Less machine downtime, more working hours.

12 V and 24 V LiFePO₄ lithium batteries that take the place of lead-acid on scrubber-dryers, sweepers, aerial work platforms and electric vehicles: they recharge during breaks, need no maintenance and last up to 4000 cycles. In stock in Italy, with the right battery charger and a 3-year warranty.

Every component
solves a problem.

Downtime from water ingress, batteries replaced too soon, failures caused by operator error, unknown remaining runtime: five design choices, the same across the whole range, built for what really happens on the machines. Scroll to open the battery.

Station 1 — The housing

IP65

Water and dust do not stop the machine

Wash-downs, humidity, dirty workshops: the IP65-rated ABS housing keeps out dust and water jets. No downtime from water ingress, no special care required from the operator.

Station 2 — The cells

4000 cycles

A battery you do not replace every two years

Grade A LiFePO₄ cells: up to 8 times the cycles of lead-acid, no topping up, no acid. Fewer replacements, fewer service calls, a much lower cost per working hour. 3-year warranty.

Station 3 — The BMS

2× MOSFET

An operator error does not cost you a battery

The dual-MOSFET BMS protects charge and discharge independently and logs every event. If something is not right, the service team reads the log and fixes it without guesswork: fewer wasted trips, fewer days of downtime.

Station 4 — Communication

CAN / RS485

You always know how much runtime is left

State of charge, voltage and cycle count from your smartphone via Bluetooth, without opening the battery compartment. CAN and RS485 with two RJ45 ports to talk to the vehicle, the charger or a remote display on the dashboard.

Station 5 — The terminals

1C

Recharges during breaks, not at the end of the shift

Charge and discharge up to 1C: a one-hour break puts useful energy back into the machine, without harming the battery. Continuous currents up to 200 A and M8 terminals (M6 on compact formats) for real loads. For maximum service life we recommend charging at 0,2C with the matching battery charger.

03The family

Fits the battery compartment you already have.

Nine sizes from 20 to 200 Ah, in 12 V and 24 V, with real dimensions and weights: check right away whether the model fits in place of the lead-acid battery, without modifying the machine. Click a model to open its product page.

04Smart Pack

The right battery and charger, first time.

Two choices, voltage and capacity, and you immediately know which lead-acid battery you are replacing, how much it weighs, how big it is and how long it takes to recharge with the recommended charger.

1 · The machine voltage12,8 V
2 · The capacity (Ah)100 Ah

Choose the same capacity as the lead-acid battery you want to replace.

Want the operator to see how much runtime is left? Daly displays, Victron monitor and lead-acid conversion kit: all compatible with the LFP Series, shipped together with the battery.

05The proof

Lithium versus lead-acid:
what changes for the machine user.

Same capacity, 12 V — 100 Ah. Four differences you feel every day on the machine, with the figures from the official documentation.

4000 cycles versus 500: the lithium battery lives eight times as long as lead-acid.

A year of work, one cycle a day.

How much capacity is left at the end of the year: lithium 97%, lead-acid 85%. Documented data at 365 cycles.
